Clarotech specialises in providing cost-effective consulting, support and procurement services to both small and large businesses. Founded in 2001 by a team of experienced IT professionals, the company was created out of a need by end-users for a trusted resource that could be relied upon for objective, accurate consulting and reliable on-going support.
Clarotech is based in Cape Town with a staff complement of over forty. The consulting department consists of a small team of IT professionals with typically ten or more years of industry experience, while the support department has a larger team of engineers with varying degrees of technical experience and knowledge.
Clarotech has been installing Asterisk PBX systems for the past four years and currently has more than fifty installations, all of which are actively supported and also managed to ensure they satisfy the growing needs of the end-users. Clarotech has installed both traditionally functioning VoIP PBX systems and complete call centre solutions ranging in size from ten to 150 agents.
