Following a major corporate acquisition, Nimble Group’s call centre team expanded nearly tenfold. The company needed a more scalable telephony solution, and worked with Clarotech, a Novell® Partner, to deploy a free, open source application called Asterisk, running on SUSE® Linux Enterprise Server.
